
Refund and Returns Policy

At FrostNariTechs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our Refund and Returns Policy to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@frostnaritechs.com or call (607) 203-1233.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Opened software or digital products.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
If an item is non-returnable, this will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
3. Return Process
To return a product, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Notify us within 30 days of your purchase by sending an email to info@frostnaritechs.com or calling (607) 203-1233 to request a return authorization.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and a return authorization number (RA#).
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely, including the original receipt or proof of purchase, and send it to the return address provided by our customer service team.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product is defective.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item or offer a suitable replacement. To initiate an exchange, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you would like to exchange the item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@frostnaritechs.com or (607) 203-1233. We will arrange for the return and provide a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@frostnaritechs.com.
8. Exchanges for Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a return shipping label and arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
9. Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply to returns. This fee will be communicated at the time of return authorization.
